I absolutely love Spine By Design! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and cared for. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and truly listens to what’s going on with your body. They don’t just “crack and send you home” — they explain everything, make you feel comfortable, and actually care about your progress. I’ve noticed such a difference since starting here. I can’t say enough good things about spine by design. They have helped me and my family so much. Today I saw Samantha for a massage. I have seen her before and she is absolutely incredible. She has magical hands. She makes me feel so comfortable. She is kind and caring and so professional. She found spots on me that I didn’t even know were sore. I absolutely recommend her and if you’re looking for a masseuse, please go see her. I have seen many throughout the years and she is by far the best. You are welcomed with such a cozy welcoming atmosphere. I will continue going back. The experience was wonderful yet again I usually see her at the end of the day, likely after she has had several customers so in my mind, I’m thinking she has to be exhausted, but you could never tell that from how she works on your body, it’s absolutely incredible and if you want an amazing massage, I highly recommend booking an appointment with her. You will not regret it. The staff here are wonderful and so helpful and very personable and the chiropractors are also top-notch again I have seen many chiropractors and will only go here because of the relief I have found through them. I have been a patient for a month now and my experience has been phenomenal, the staff and the doctors and massage therapist truly care about me as a patient. Massage therapist Mayra is fantastic, she seeks to understand how have I been feeling after your most recent massage and what areas I’m feeling discomfort and what areas I would like her to focus on. I’m very pleased with the progress that I have made in the last month and I’m looking forward to seeing the progress of my health and body!

I have been under Dr Yahdi’s care for years and I would give her and her team five stars without hesitation. I have chronic neck, hip, and upper back pain, and regular chiropractic care with her plus massage with Mayra has made a huge difference in my pain and mobility. Dr Yahdi is kind, thorough, and explains everything clearly, and the other doctors in the office are just as caring and in tune with my treatment plan. The office is welcoming, organized, and easy to schedule with, and I always feel remembered and cared for. If you are dealing with ongoing pain, I highly recommend Dr Yahdi, her team, and Mayra.
